At DroneFly, we want to ensure your flight experience is seamless, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all drones and accessories in their original condition. Please ensure all flight logs are cleared and factory seals are intact for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your DroneFly account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack with Care
Securely place the drone, remote controller, batteries, and all original accessories back into the original manufacturer's packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Our Tech Hub
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure delivery to our inspection center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware and internal flight data, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
