What happens if I crash my drone on its first flight?

While our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects, it does not cover accidental damage. However, we offer 'DroneFly Care' protection plans that can be purchased within 48 hours of activation to cover hull damage and water damage.

What is your return policy for electronics?

You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of flight controllers and battery wear, opened or flown drones are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
